Visitor Review

One of the best pet farms we have been too!

We love animals and have visited a lot of pet farm but this one is different, it is so hands on and interactive. The kids get a bag of feed for the animals on the way into the farm, they got to feed goats, donkeys, llama, deer and a kind of intimidating emu. Very funny!
They got to hold chicks, guinea pigs, lizards and cute little puppys. One of the staff even took out the Macaw parrot to show us.

There is a great play area for the older kids, with zip lines, Maze and obstacle course and my 2 year olds loved the indoor toddler area. Also the fairy tail was a big hit with the little ones, they loved finding all the fairy doors and toadstools. Great exercise for them, they didn't realise how much walking they did.

Its a great idea to bring a picnic, while we relaxed the kids entertained themselves in the play area or sitting in petting the little pups.

Best Pet Farm in Ireland!

Myself and my husband took an impromptu trip here on our way up north. We were like a pair of big kids going around feeding and petting all of the animals! By far the best pet farm we have ever been to. A good array of animals and all looked very happy and well cared for. The team of staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were both an indoor and outdoor play areas for kids - so suitable in all weathers...though dry would be best!

Yours kids will love this place.

Rarely do you get to go to a place where you can say you really got value for money , but Glendeer Pet Farm is one . The staff are very pleasant and love to talk to the guests . Now the farm itself has loads of small animals with a few big ones as well . Each member of your group is given a bag of feed for the animals . You are instructed who to feed and who not to feed. Then the fun begins, your kids will love feeding the goats , pigs , birds etc. Then you're off on the fairy trail and next is a great playground with zip wires and a obstacle course. There is loads of picnic tables . The cafe on site is very cheap compared any others theme park I have ever visited. All the cakes and scones were homemade. Well worth a visit and you can take as long as want wandering around the farm. I forgot to mention the raccoon, the deer, the turkeys and the wallabies, meerkats, and our favourite the monkeys.
